These compound moves were designed to engage multiple muscles, giving you the body you desire in the shortest amount of time. Use 8-15 lbs bells. You'll be working your abs, core, legs, butt, arms and more! Do this workout 3 times a week on non consecutive days. As you get stronger, increase weight and reps. To maintain a lean & healthy body, diet is CRUCIAL.
