Join Jennifer Raye as she guides you through a mindful yin yoga sequence. Find a quiet space to practice this very calming and contemplative series. In yin yoga we hold passive poses over a much longer period of time. This activates the connective tissue and gives us the opportunity to engage our mindfulness practice.
